We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Depending on your region, local payment options may also appear at checkout.

Do you accept online payments worldwide?

Yes. We accept online payments for both domestic and international customers. Available payment methods and currency will adjust automatically based on your location.

How long does it take to get my products domestically?

Domestic orders usually ship within a few business days and arrive within 5 business days after dispatch. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing time may increase slightly.

How long does international shipping take?

International orders can take up to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance times.

Where are Splay Shoes shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lehi, Utah, USA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. You will always see the final shipping rate before payment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Occasionally we run promotions that include free shipping for U.S. customers. Any active free shipping offer will be applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Splay Shoes worldwide. International shipping rates and duties will depend on your region.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact support as soon as possible via our customer support email address: support@splayshoes.com  If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return under our standard returns policy.

Do you offer a warranty on Splay Shoes?

Yes. All Splay Shoes are covered for manufacturing defects for a 6 month warranty period from the date of delivery.

What if I receive a damaged or defective pair?

 If your shoes arrive damaged or appear defective, please submit a request via our Returns Portal and include a photo, order number, and contact details. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Do you offer an extended warranty or paid repair service?

 At this time we do not offer extended warranty or repair services. Defect claims must be submitted within the initial warranty period and follow the returns process.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you return your shoes in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to decide whether to keep your shoes. Shoes must be returned in like-new condition, unworn (aside from trying on), and free of damage. Returns outside of 30 days or showing signs of wear may be denied.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

 For U.S. orders, we supply a prepaid return label. For international orders, return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

How does the Checkout Plus 30-Day Trial work?

For U.S. customers who use Checkout Plus, we offer a 30-Day Trial period. You can wear test your shoes for up to 30 days and still return them even if they have been worn, provided they show no misuse or damage beyond normal wear. 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Start the process through our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and the email used at checkout. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

What makes Splay Shoes different from regular sneakers?

Splay Shoes are minimalist barefoot-inspired shoes designed with a wide toe box, flexible thin sole, and zero-drop platform. This design allows your toes to spread naturally, encourages better alignment, and gives you more ground feel compared to traditional narrow-heeled sneakers.

Are Splay Shoes true barefoot or minimalist shoes?

Yes. Splay Shoes follow barefoot shoe principles - flat heel-to-toe profile, wide forefoot, and flexible sole - while still offering the everyday sneaker look. Many customers use them for walking, casual wear, light running, gym workouts, or skateboarding depending on the model.

Where are Splay Shoes manufactured?

Current Splay Shoes are made in select factories in Asia with a focus on ethical, quality footwear manufacturing. 

How do I clean my Splay Shoes?

Clean your shoes by hand using warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Rinse gently, pat them with a dry towel, and let them air dry naturally. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as that can damage the materials and affect fit.

Do Splay Shoes have removable insoles?

Yes. All current Splay models come with removable insoles. You can remove them for a more barefoot feel or keep them in for extra comfort and support. 

Can I use Splay Shoes for running, gym, or skateboarding?

Yes. Many Splay models are versatile enough for running, gym sessions,  skating, or everyday wear. For best results, choose the model specified for your activity (for example “Runner”, “Skate”, or “Casual”).
