30-Day Returns & Exchanges:

We offer 30-day returns & exchanges for products in like-new condition.

Free return shipping labels are provided for U.S. customers. Customer outside the U.S. are responsible to pay for return shipping.

30-Day UNLIMITED Trial:

U.S. Customers are eligible to purchase our 30-Day UNLIMITED Trial. This Trial allows the customer to wear and test their shoes for us to 30 days. Shoes can be returned in any condition if desired within the 30-day window.

6-Month Warranty

Warranty is in effect for 6 months from the date of delivery of the original purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the shoes, misuse, fading, damage due to overexposure to heat and water, cleaning by washer/dryer, and personal alteration or repair. If warranty is approved, replacement of the original product purchased (same size/color) is given if returned within the 6-month warranty window. Warranty window is not extended for replacement products.

Damaged and defective products returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, may be returned for a full refund, shipping included in the United States. No exchanges. 

FREESTYLE 2.0, EXPLORE 2.0, STREETSTYLE SLIP-ON & 101 are made in China.

FREESTYLE, EXPLORE '22, SLIP-ON '22 are made in Mexico.

It is recommended that you clean Splay canvas shoes with warm water, mild soap, and a scrub brush. Then let them air dry.

It is recommended to fill the toe box of the shoes while drying to help maintain the shape. This can be done with a dry wash cloths or plastic grocery sacks.

**Some people choose to machine wash the shoes. This may shorten the life of the shoes. DO NOT DRY THE SHOES IN THE DRYER.

Many people find that the 101 fits a little wider in the toes than the FREESTYLE 2.0 and that there is a little more volume in the midfoot.

Sizing on the new EXPLORE 2.0 has changed slightly, please make sure to use our new sizing guide to help select the right size for your kids.

On the smaller sizes between 8C and 2Y we've added some extra room for greater splay and foot function, also this helps younger kids put their shoes on faster and easier than previous models. You might notice a roomier fit in the mid-foot and a little extra room in the toes.

Yes! The FREESTYLE 2.0, Splay 101, STREETSYLE SLIP-ON and EXPLORE 2.0 all come with an insole already in the shoe.

This was added to increase comfort and improve fit for most of our customers.

For those that prefer a more barefoot experience, or if you need a little extra room, all of these shoes can comfortably be worn with the insole removed.
