Most orders will ship out the first business day after the order is submitted. Shipping within the U.S. generally takes 3 to 5 days.

All shipments currently ship from Lehi, Utah, USA.

Canada: Under 1lb - US$10, anything 1lb or over - US$15

Europe: Under 1lb - US$12.50, anything 1lb or over - US$17.50

Rest Of The World*: Under 1lb - US$15, anything 1lb or over - US$20

Expedited shipping options are available for most countries with and without pre-paid customs duties & taxes.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us asap at support@splayshoes.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we should be able to change or cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges

January 12, 2024

Any purchases made on November 22, 2023 or later will be eligible for the greater of 30 days or until January 12, 2024.

We no longer process exchanges. Customers who wish to exchange should return the unwanted product in unworn and like-new condition using our returns portal, and create a new order for the desired item.

We are happy to accept returns of items that are in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery. You can find our return policy here.

If you suspect you have received a damaged or defective item, please send an email with photos to support@splayshoes.com and include your name and order number. We will do our best to respond within 1 week of receiving your email to determine if the warranty applies. 

Warranty is in effect for 6 months from the date of delivery of the original purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the shoes, misuse, fading, damage due to overexposure to heat and water, cleaning by washer/dryer, and personal alteration or repair. If warranty is approved, replacement of the original product purchased (same size/color) is given if returned within the 6-month warranty window. Warranty window is not extended for replacement products.

Damaged and defective products returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, may be returned for a full refund, shipping included in the United States. No exchanges. 

Miscellaneous

All Splay shoe models are currently manufactured in Mexico.

It is recommended that you clean Splay canvas shoes with warm water, mild soap, and a scrub brush. Then let them air dry.

It is recommended to fill the toe box of the shoes while drying to help maintain the shape. This can be done with a dry wash cloths or plastic grocery sacks.

**Some people choose to machine wash the shoes. This may shorten the life of the shoes. DO NOT DRY THE SHOES IN THE DRYER.

Thermal pens are used during the manufacturing process. If insufficient heat is applied to remove these marks, they can return and be quite prominent.

Solving this issue is very easy. You can simply use a hair blow drier to apply heat and remove these lines. If you are unhappy with this solution, please contact support and we will be happy to replace the shoes for you.
