Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Most orders will ship the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Transit time for orders within the United States is generally 3-5 business days. For international orders, transit time can be from 8-20 days depending on customs. 

Please be advised that many areas of the world are still experiences shipping delays due to staffing shortages.

In-store pickup

At this time we do not offer in-store pickup.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. However, the list of countries that we ship to changes frequently. To find out if we are currently shipping to your country, please begin the checkout process and see if you country is an option in the list of countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Splay Athletics LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (20 days for international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@splayshoes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
