Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us asap at support@splayshoes.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we should be able to change or cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order though our normal return policy still applies.
Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 6 months of noticing any defects using the email address support@splayshoes.com.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, fading, damage due to overexposure to heat and water, cleaning by washer/dryer, personal alteration or repair. or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
Damaged and defective products returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, may be returned for a full refund, shipping included in the United States.
If you suspect you have received a damaged or defective item, please go through the returns portal to request a replacement product.

We do not offer an extended warranty however we do offer a 30 day Unlimited Trial for shoes purchased using Checkout Plus on SplayShoes.com
Shoes purchased using Checkout Plus on SplayShoes.com can be returned after having been worn regardless of condition.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges:
We offer 30-day returns & exchanges for products in like-new condition.
Free return shipping labels are provided for U.S. customers. Customer outside the U.S. are responsible to pay for return shipping.
30-Day UNLIMITED Trial:
U.S. Customers are eligible to purchase our 30-Day UNLIMITED Trial. This Trial allows the customer to wear and test their shoes for us to 30 days. Shoes can be returned in any condition if desired within the 30-day window.

For U.S. customers that have placed orders using the Checkout Plus feature on splayshoes.com we offer a 30 day unlimited trial.
Shoes purchased with Checkout Plus can be returned in worn condition and still be eligible for a full refund.
Orders placed on splayshoes.com that did not add the Checkout Plus Unlimited Trial should be returned in new unworn condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Other Questions
Current Splay models are made in China. We have established strong relationships with reputable factories that are leaders in the field of responsible, high quality shoe manufacturing.
It is recommended that you clean Splay canvas shoes with warm water, mild soap, and a scrub brush. Then let them air dry.
We recommend that you fill the toe box of the shoes while drying to help maintain the shape. This can be done with a dry wash cloths or plastic grocery sacks.
**Some people choose to machine wash the shoes. This may shorten the life of the shoes.
**DO NOT DRY THE SHOES IN THE DRYER.
Yes. All current models of Splay Shoes ship with a removable insole.
This was added to increase comfort and improve fit for most of our customers.
For those that prefer a more barefoot experience, or if you need a little extra room, all of these shoes can comfortably be worn with the insole removed.
