Return Policy

To minimize the need for returns, please review our sizing information


We understand that a purchase does not always work out. We are happy to accept returns in like-new condition (unworn & without any wear & tear) within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 1 week. You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased. In order to provide more efficient service and faster turnaround times, we no longer offer product exchanges.

Every product that is returned within the 30-day return window will be evaluated by the Splay Team to determine if it has been returned in unworn & like-new condition. Returned products that are determined to not be in like-new condition, will not have their money refunded. Customers will have the option of paying for the product to be returned to them or they may elect to have Splay donate the product to charity.

Returns due to manufacturer defects are covered by our limited warranty for 6 months from the date of delivery. See our warranty returns process below.

Customers within the United States who wish to initiate a return should visit the ‘Returns Portal’ and enter the required information. We will supply a prepaid shipping label for customers within the USA. We no longer process exchanges. Customers who wish to exchange should return the unwanted product in unworn and like-new condition using our returns portal, and create a new order for the desired item.

Our return policy only applies to purchases made directly through and not through any other sellers. For purchases made through other sellers, you must work directly with that seller to process any returns.


Customers outside of the USA may return products for a refund of the cost of the items purchased. If the customer would prefer a different size/color, please place a new order. The items must be sent back in like-new condition and in the original packaging. At this time, we are not able to provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders.

If you suspect you have received a defective item, please send an email with photos to and include your name and order number. We will do our best to respond within 1 week of receiving your email to determine if the warranty applies. 

Warranty is in effect for 6 months from the date of delivery of the original purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the shoes, misuse, fading, damage due to overexposure to heat and water, cleaning by washer/dryer, and personal alteration or repair. If warranty is approved, replacement of the original product purchased (same size/color) is given if returned within the 6-month warranty window. Warranty window is not extended for replacement products.

Defectives returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, may be returned for a full refund, shipping included in the United States. No exchanges.
