Return Policy

No-Risk Returns
Our return policy is simple: love them or return them. You have 30 days after delivery to wear them around and decide whether to keep them.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our No-Risk Returns policy only applies to purchases made through Purchases made through the Splay Factory Outlet or other retailers are not eligible for the No-Risk Return policy. Please check with those retailers to understand their return policies.

Loss of Eligibility
If it is determined that the product has been abused, misused, faded or damaged due to overexposure to heat and water, cleaned by washer and/or dryer, or personal alterations/repairs made, the customer will lose their eligibility for a return or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for a different size in the same model and color of the original purchase. To begin the exchange process, send an email to For customers within the United States, a return shipping label will be supplied. International customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Please mail your products to the address below:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



If you suspect you have received a defective item, please send an email with photos to and include your name and order number. We will do our best to respond within 1 week of receiving your email to determine if the warranty applies. 

Warranty is in effect for 6 months from the date of delivery of the original purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the shoes, misuse, fading, damage due to overexposure to heat and water, cleaning by washer/dryer, and personal alteration or repair. If warranty is approved, replacement of the original product purchased (same size/color) is given if returned within the 6-month warranty window. Warranty window is not extended for replacement products.

Defectives returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, may be returned for a full refund, shipping included in the United States. No exchanges.
