To minimize the need for returns and exchanges, please use our Sizing Guide.
We understand that a purchase does not always work out. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges that are unworn, without any wear and tear, within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 1 week. You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased.
We will supply a prepaid shipping label for customers within the US. If a different size/color is needed in a product, follow the instructions below. You can exchange for item(s) of the same or lesser value. For items of greater value or to purchase additional item(s), please create a new order. We will pay for shipping out the exchanged item to you.
Orders may be returned for a refund for the cost of the item purchased. If another size is needed, please place a NEW order. The items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received in the original packaging. At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders.

If you suspect you have received a defective item, please send an email with a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. Defectives returned within 30 days of the original purchase date may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Defectives received after 30 days may only be exchanged for a new product of the same value, or store credit. This policy only applies for four months after the delivery date of the shoes, after which no replacements or store credit will be issued.
