30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after delivery of our shoes to decide whether to keep them. In order to return the shoes for a refund or exchange, the shoes must be returned in like-new condition.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

30-Day Unlimited Trial
If you would like to wear test our shoes during the 30-day return window, you may do so by checking out using the "Checkout Plus" button. This option is currently only available to US customers. Checkout Plus also includes package protection and free return shipping labels.

This means that you can wear the shoes for up to 30 days and still have the option to return them in any condition--assuming the shoes were not mistreated as outlined in the "Loss of Eligibility" section below.

Loss of Eligibility
Your return may be rejected even if it falls within the 30-day window--including the 30-Day Unlimited Trial--if it is determined that the product has been abused, misused, faded or damaged due to overexposure to heat and water, cleaned by washer and/or dryer, or personal alterations/repairs made, the customer will lose their eligibility for a return or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 5-7 business days from the time the refund was processed to show up on your bank statement.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@splayshoes.com.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for a different size in the same model and color of the original purchase. To begin the exchange process, visit our returns portal here For customers within the United States, a return shipping label will be supplied. International customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Depending on your country of residence, you may be able to purchase a return label inside of the returns portal.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over US$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WARRANTY

If you suspect you have received a defective item, please send an email with photos to support@splayshoes.com and include your name and order number. We will do our best to respond within 1 week of receiving your email to determine if the warranty applies. 

Warranty is in effect for 6 months from the date of delivery of the original purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the shoes, misuse, fading, damage due to overexposure to heat and water, cleaning by washer/dryer, and personal alteration or repair. If warranty is approved, replacement of the original product purchased (same size/color) is given if returned within the 6-month warranty window. Warranty window is not extended for replacement products.

Defectives returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, may be returned for a full refund, shipping included in the United States. No exchanges.
