Sizing can be a little off compare to regular sizing, so the return and exchange small fee is worth if you tend to be in between sizes and prefer to try-on at home or in any clean inside area before starting to use outside. Comfy and modern look to pair with every outfit. Very happy with my purchase! 😊

I trawled many companies for the right casual barefoot shoe and decided to give Splay a shot. I have to say the quality is spot on, the room in the toe box is generous and they wear very comfortably. So impressed, I bought another pair within a week or so of recieving these.

They do not feel as real barefoot shoes. Even with sole out.
The sole itself is too cushion and too thick.
But the biggest problem, that they are narrow in the middle and back part of the feet.

I had received a pair of Splay shoes for Christmas. Upon noticing an issue with one of the shoes, I contacted customer service. They responded very promptly and resolved the issue immediately to my satisfaction. In a world of bed to nonexistent customer service, Splay rocks!

Beautiful shoe and badly want to love it that it becomes my go-to daily shoe, but it's not quite there IMO and needs some modifications to really be a 5-star product. Similar with some other reviews, there is simply not enough toe height in the toe-box. The toe-box width is superb - the widest on the market really, but my toes get pinched at the top of the box nearly across all toes. The leather has loosened up a little as expected but it's still there after a full month of wear. The ground feel is nearly perfect, not too much and not too little, but the shoe definitely weighs a lot and the sole of fairly stiff. I wish it were a little more pliable and lighter in weight.
