Been hunting decent barefoots shoes for the past few years and recently decided to grab some Splays (I was mildly reluctant due to import taxes) but I picked up some Splay 101s and some Runners and they are exactly what I hoped for.

I’ve been barefoot for a while and these are by far the best shoes I’ve had in this category. Obviously these aren’t exactly athletic shoes but for casual shoes that I can rip on my longboard with they are PERFECT.
As a long time Vans lover (I exclusively buy the wide oldskools) these are a very very solid alternative. I’ll still buy vans, cuz cmon they’re vans. But these are 100% something I would replacing vans with if I had to choose.
The toebox is much wider than even the wide vans I buy.
10/10 recommend.

These are my go to shoes for basically every occassion. I have them in 3 colors, i just love them, they are the closest to looking like a "normal" shoe.

I've worn these for a year and a half now and they're still my favorite general use kicks. I wore the original Freestyles before these and while they aren't as flexible as those, the 101s are essentially perfect for daily wear.
