        He can't get enough

        These might be our son's favorite shoes and he really likes how comfortable they are. They've become the only pair he wears to go out! (They look really nice, too.) We look forward to continuing to purchase Splays for him and the rest of our family.

        I also appreciate Splay offering free returns/exchanges and customer service being so quick to respond and assist: The size we purchased at first was too small but we received the right size about a week after we mailed off the first pair.

        Blistering and not barefoot friendly

        My Son has been wearing barefoot style shoes all his life, and after his last pair went, I was on the look for something new. I decided to give these a try from Splay, but from day one they have caused blisters for him as a result of the stitching and seams. I've even removed all tags from the tongue, but it has only marginally helped as he still has them elsewhere.

        The shoe, it appears, requires the wearing of socks which just isn't what were looking for. Very disappointed, especially in how much these cost.
