Product: These shoes are great. Look good, wide toebox without the “clown shoe“ vibe of some barefoot shoes. Thinner soles than I expected, but that’s a good thing and comfortable in any terrain.
Customer service: Without going into too much detail, I screwed up my order. Totally my fault, but Splay CS fixed it without any additional charges.

The Rev LT Londons have a pretty firm heelcap, much more firm than I expected. It took a number of wears to break in, but the shoe wears beautifully! Sizing is on-point, this is a fantastic casual shoe.

Like I said in the title, excellent shoe. Great fit and boardfeel, I also expect good durability as well considering how hard I've skated in these already.
My only complaint is the size 10, which I precisely am is a tad short, while the size 11 is definitely on the long side. Long enough to trip over the end. A 10.5 would be absolutely perfect and goated.

Received my low top Rev shoes to replace my Vans. Overall I like the shoe. This comment is more for the whole Splay line. Now that I'm in the 50's and my knees have seen a lot of action, I find the thin sole barefoot shoes a little hard to walk on. Back in the day it was all good. Now I feel I need something with a higher stack height. I think there are probably many people in the same boat. I love the wide toe boxes, just wish maybe there was a secondary option with more cushioning. I find in my case 10mm - 14mm works pretty good. Maybe in the future there can be a couple of models for older folks with not so good knees : )
