I am Japanese. I am writing this using a translation software.
Actual foot size: 26cm. Actual foot width: 11cm.
I bought US M10 and the width of my foot was just right. The toes felt about 5mm larger from the big toe to the ring finger.
My toes are generally comfortable, but the fabric of the shoes seems to interfere with my toes a little, so I thought it would be better if it was softer.
The instep is tight. It is said that Japanese people have higher insteps than Westerners, so that may be the cause.
Part of the tongue is connected to the side of the shoe, so I cut it with scissors and wear the shoelaces loosely.
The white part of the side of the shoe is clean when it is new, but it looks dirty when it gets dirty, so I would like it to be something other than white.
The part of the heel of the shoe where the Achilles tendon touches is long and hard, so it is easy to get blisters there.
I would like this part to be made of a softer material.
I think that if the above parts are improved, it will be good as a wide shoe.
Shipping to Japan cost 4,000 yen, so I wish it was possible to buy it in Japan without paying international shipping fees.

I really hope you continue making the Freestyle v1! I’ve owned four pairs over the years, and I’m down to two now. I’m planning to buy 1–2 more this month because they’re amazing. I also own a pair of the v2, but I regret buying them.
The v2 isn’t as comfortable as the v1, especially for sports. I’ve been running track for 13 years, and the v1s are incredible for that. They fit well, keep my feet secure, and never cause pain. While the toe design is pointy, I actually love it. Unfortunately, the v2s feel completely different—they’re uncomfortable, rub a lot, and even caused blisters through my thick merino wool socks.
The v1s aren’t just great for running; they’re perfect for other activities too, like long day hikes, skateboarding, and even yoga! They’re the ideal all-around shoe.
Please continue producing the v1 design, but for a future version, could you consider a waterproof option as well as a high-top design? By waterproof, I mean without the ventilation holes. Something similar to your other shoe lines without these holes would be great—I currently have tape over them for the snowy season.

While the shoes are still comfortable, the narrower toebox does not work for me. The Original Freestyle had a much wider toebox for my feet. This new revision seems to be geared more towards those who have slimmer feet.

Freestyle 2 is much better from Freestyle 1 in the toebox, and the feeling is better, the issue for me was that the camvas in the left shoe wasn't glued well with the rest of the shoe, had a gap at the top without even wearing it once.
