I am extremely disappointed with Splay shoes. I was looking forward to getting some good looking zero drop shoes for my kids but no thanks to your sizing chart and the AI tool the shoes turned out to be way too small. These shoes are much smaller than the indicated size on the chart. We ordered 1 size larger than that indicated by the AI tool or size table and it is way off the mark. If we were to replace them for a size that fits then I would have to go up 2 1/2 sizes based on the foot size in cm!!! Very disappointing especially considering I now have to pay over £20 for return international postage costs!!! I’m sorry to say that these massive sizing issues will prevent my family of 5 from ever buying splay shoes again (unless returns are more feasible). Such a shame.
