My 5 year old loves a shoe with a lot of room, and these fit the bill! We took out the insole and she wears them constantly. They also clean up and dry out great after she (inevitably) gets them wet and dirty. Will definitely be buying Splay shoes again in the future!

Fantastic! I got the older style first, and my child wouldn't wear them because they were too tight. These looked wider in the mid-foot so we tried them, and he literally never wants to take them off. He can do anything in them: climb, jump, run; and they're even comfortable enough that he keeps them on inside while playing legos, etc. I wasn't sure about the color, but in person it's fun.
Overall, HIGHLY recommend!

My daughter loves her new shoes. She os developing a squished toe problem (her big toe is bending inwards under other toes) and these shoes will allow her toes to spread out. The velcro makes it a secure fit, easy to put on for grade 1. Perfect sizing - we used the printable chart. And very cute! She is going to wear these for her school shoes.
