I am relatively new to the barefoot revolution. My first pair were Vivos. Wore them for 6 months and thought life was great. Then, I bought the Splay Freestyle 3. Undoubtedly the best shoe I have ever worn. I am almost 60, still go the gym, coach baseball and softball, and enjoy the outdoors, but I have huge bunions. These shoes relieve all of the pain I have endured for many years. I am anxiously waiting for Splay to create a hiking boot and maybe some sort of cleat for the field. The price for these shoes is extremely fair and the shoes are remarkable!

All the Splays I’ve bought has been money well spent. I’ve bought multiple pairs of the V1. They are all extremely spacious and comfortable, especially for someone like me who has wider and higher feet than the average person. The Freestyle 3 offers the same benefits too and look good also.

Only been wearing them for a couple days but the Freestyle 3 are by far the most comfortable barefoot shoes I have purchased and worn.
Lots of room, clean look, comfortable.
There is only 1 issue which is the tongue and no loop to keep from sliding to the side, fixed that with a few stitches on instep side at top of tongue .
Still easy to get on with the elastic laces.

Wider in the midfoot and at pinky toe than Lems widest last. Just what I was looking for in a healthy foot-shaped shoe. I have referred several people to the Freestyle.

I love the shoes, however I have a disability and the shoes just don’t work for me even with an exchange in sizes. No problem returning for an exchange, but I’m having an issue with returning my second pair. Splay is not responding to my emails to obtain a return shipping label. I’d like to get this resolved ASAP.
If the return shipping turns out on a positive note, I will come back to the site and give a better review.
