REV LT Original Barcelona

These are really comfy and cute. I started transitioning to minimalist/barefoot shoes last spring and started with a cute pair of Whitins sneakers and I've worn them constantly. I needed some variety and then purchased a super nice pair of Lems boat shoes and slip-ons. Needing some more sneakers, the REVLT London was the next stop. I haven't had them long but I already have several more pairs of Splay sneakers on the way now.

I bought two shoes. This pair and are LT original. I have wide feet and even if I find wide width shoes they are still snug. My intentions were to find which one I liked best and return the other. Well I’m keep both. The Rev LTS is by far THE most comfortable shoe. The LT is a teeny bit tighter but still sharp looking. I’m happy with my purchase.

One of my favourite pairs of shoes ever. They look great and Splay make some of the only shoes that actually fit my foot shape and don't cause pain in my knees or feet. Unfortunately, the quality of the manufacturing is pretty poor and they have started to show signs of falling apart after a few months. Specifically with this model, small rocks get stuck between the outsole and the rubber outsole lining, making them gradually unglue and come apart. I would be happy to pay more for Splay shoes if they were better quality and long-lasting, listen up Splay from a fan of your shoes!

These shoes really rub into my Achilles tendon, it happened with the size 11 and I thought it was because they were too small, so I returned and moved to the 12 (no half sizes?) Now they are too big and still rub into my Achilles tendon, very painful to wear. I really wanted to like these shoes.

I missed my return window (facepalm) so they sit in their box unused.

PS. Returning the first pair was amazing, I was very impressed with their return system, which is such a critical thing for a company selling shoes online, they nail it. They gave me a shipping label and shipped my new pair on the same day
