These shoes are lightweight, flexible but still manage to be durable and keep shape whilst skating. Really nice board feel and mind muscle connection when you’re skating and just walking. Obviously as it’s white it gets dirty easily but nothing a little water and cloth can’t fix.

They are so incredibly comfortable; I have foot problems. Very rarely can I find anything that I can wear all day and not be in agony at the end of the day.
Until now, Splay REV LT Canvas has been by far the best comfort-wise, and to add to this, they are so cute to wear. I am very Happy.

This may not be the best walk around barefoot shoe but it is the best lifting and powerlifting shoe you can find.
It has 90 degree ridges and stiffer overlay of the sole and in combination with the wide toe box and base this makes you feel planted. (see the comparison pic with another barefoot shoe)
I use barefoot shoes the last 10 years but none was as stable as this to squats/ split squats and in general in any heavy lift. They have zero rocking effect.
Louie Simmons would have been the no1 fan of this shoe. it improved all the things the traditional canvas shoes were lacking with their narrow toeboxes
Only negative, if you can call it negative, is that between the sole and the insole there were some hard plastic pieces, like cut tie wraps ( see photos). So check your shoes and remove them

Despite the linen material, the shoes are very durable. The sole material also withstands abrasion from grip tape and pips for a long time. The shoe fits snugly at the toes; it could be a bit longer for this shoe size. The width is ideal. Two eyelets/holes on the inside would improve ventilation. The tongue could be secured with wide elastic bands.
