Kudos to the boys at Sons of Sever because it was their review that convinced me to try Splay. Out of all the brands they’ve covered, I felt that Splay was the best choice for me and my lifestyle. The 101 felt great right out of the box. I wore them to run errands during the day and I can’t be any more pleased. The materials seem durable and I will look forward to getting other models from the brand.

I've had these for four months now and they're great for long walks, traveling, and just generally wearing around campus. Comfortable enough for 3 mile walks but also nice enough to look put together with jeans and a blazer.
On the sizing: I wear a 39 regular in Birkenstocks, women's 8 in Chacos, scanned at 39/women's 9 in these. [I also wear a 40 in Duckfeet if that's helpful to anyone.] Women's 9 was immediately too short so I returned for a women's 10. The women's 10 might be a bit too big but they're definitely comfortable and there's plenty of room for toe splay.

I've been wearing barefoot shoes a many years. During this time lot of brand have passed through my hands(I mean foots). And yes, currently, this shoes the best of it all. Great quality, great materials, realy smart and comfortable toes' area shape, no "adjustment period". Really cool sole! I am impressed!

I wear these shoes whenever I travel, and the comfort is unmatched. They’re stylish, comfortable, slightly water-resistant (for light rain), and just all-around amazing shoes I can count on for long distance walking when exploring new places. Highly recommend!
