First barefoot shoe. Never going back to regular
I'm 25, and a middle school teacher. This means there are 2 things that I look for in a shoe: comfort, and roast-ability. I'm on my feet for the majority of the day, walking around my classroom on a hard floor (no carpet).
In the past, I have struggled with my feet aching, my toes and ankles swollen, and my arches pinched and uncomfortable. I also struggle with severe lower back pain.
Today, I can confidently say that after wearing these for 3 days at school that I have come home with 0 swelling in my feet and ankles. My toes have gaps between them, my ankles aren't hurting so badly that I don't even want to stand at the end of the day. My arches haven't even pricked my foot with pain. The same goes with my back. I never thought a pair of shoes could help with my lower back pain so substantially. I could not believe the difference this has made already.
The other category is roast-ability. I was so nervous when ordering these that they would look kind of stupid. Not a single one of my students has commented on them, which means these shoes fly under the radar of some of the most ruthless critics the world has to offer. I would even venture to say they're kind of cute.
If you've been wanting to try a pair of barefoot shoes, these are affordable, and they're worth it.
