The DASH runs true to size and the fit is comparable to the EXPLORE 2.0.

The DASH features a lightweight mesh upper that is more flexible than the all-canvas construction of our previous kids shoes and can be more accommodating for kids with higher volume feet.

    Much Better!!!

    These shoes are much more breathable, more comfortable, wider, prettier, softer, just better all around than the previous canvas versions! You still get the flexibility and durability of the Splay sole combined with the comfort of mesh sneakers. My kid put them on and refuses to take them off!

    Only critique is that the hook-and-loop area for the top strap is a tad small. It’s good for little fingers to learn precision, but pops off sometimes when running around.

    Best shoes for toddlers

    Awesome shoes!

    So glad I got these for my daughter, she loves them! We bought her some Vans but she refused to wear them because they are so stiff! They’re kind of like bricks. But she loves how flexible the Splay Dash are; new favorite shoe!
