However, due to Splay's unisex sizing and barefoot shoe shape, there are some slight differences for men and for women:

    Great shoes for old skaters

    I’m almost 50, but I still like to rock a flannel and some skate shoes. The problem is I have bunions, and I haven’t been able to wear the other famous skate shoes for a couple decades. They were way too narrow for my feet. And, I started jogging 5 years ago, and that made my toes spread even more. The toe box on these is perfect.

    Fab comfy skate shoes

    My small feet with wide toes are very happy to have discovered Splay. I've not lost too much feeling in switching from my usual very thin barefoot shoes to these when I skate, and my ankles are very happy with the extra protection! They are nice and roomy for my toes, and much more flexible in the sole than other traditional skate shoes. I'm hoping they hold up well over time.

    Good Shoe

    Was excited to grab high top from splay, these are comfortable and a little warmer.

    They look great but they are a little difficult get on and off, of all the high tops Ive ever owned these take the longest to get on and off.

    Its not a problem but I did notice.

    They still feel like a barefoot shoe right out the box even though they came a little stiffer than other shoes from splay.

    Ill buy another pair when these wear out I'm sure.

    retro look is rad
