These shoes look and feel awesome! I haven't skated in them yet, but I plan to soon. The ceiling is still low in these but not as bad as some of the other styles. Please make the ceiling just a bit higher!!

I have always been Vans high top lover, but they always hurt my feet. A few years ago, I went on this whole "healthy feet" journey, which led me to look for shoes that didn't compress my toes together. I wanted that sweet foot freedom, and I found Splay. I bought a pair and instantly fell in love. They look like vans, but they're better for your feet and more comfortable. My toes splay naturally and they truly are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I bought two more pairs and completely replaced all my shoes with Splay. Since wearing splay, my feet have a more natural shape, my toes are wider, my feet are happier, and I have had zero issues with the shoes. They're tough, beautiful, very comfortable, and they've helped me take my feet back! Now, I'm either barefoot or in my Splays. Highly recommend.

Huge fan of the shoes, the quality of the outer sole and fabric are better than I expected! I measured my foot length and width and ended up with the 11.5 Men's and its a great fit my feet are about 4.375 inches wide and these are nice and roomy :D

I realize that these are supposed to be barefoot style sneakers, but I don't think the proper balance between protection and board feel was achieved. The sole needs more impact support. Even with FP insoles, I found the soles too soft to skate without injuring my feet. BUT. They're extremely comfortable shoes, they're my daily "chillers" right now. Wish more skate shoes would widen the toe.
