However, due to Splay's unisex sizing and barefoot shoe shape, there are some slight differences for men and for women:

  • Women: If you are in-between sizes, we recommend that you order the larger size. If anything, Splay shoes run a little small for women.
  • Men: If you are in-between sizes, we recommend that you order the smaller size. If anything, Splay shoes run a little large for men.

    Need more

    I’m obsessed with these. I used to love wearing vans and converse before I moved to foot shaped shoes. These are perfection!! I’m already planning which pair I’ll get next. I need to wear bandaids on my heels while I break them in but with that, they’re perfectly comfortable for me. I’m often a (women’s) 7.5 so I got the W8. I’ve been complimented by strangers on them several times, they’re so cute.

    A comfortable shoe.

    I'm a woodwork teacher in Australia and I'm on my feet a lot. These keep my feet pretty happy. Much more comfortable than the vast majority of mainstream shoe brands for less.

    Runs small

    I purchased these are while back but realized too late that they were too small. I have other shoes in the same size, even the all cotton canvas in blue that fit a little better. But something about these are smaller than I would like. They're too narrow and too short for my normally size 11 (42 EU) sized foot.
